Riff Raff wasn't one of the many rappers called out in Kendrick Lamar's much-debated verse on Big Sean's "Control," but that hasn't stopped him from wading into the fray with an apparent response track.
The title implies that it's a response to Lamar, as it's called "Ballin' Outta Control (The Neon Response)." Riff Raff wrote on Twitter, "iTS A NEON RESPONSE TO THE WORLD TO LET EVERYONE KNOW WHO HAS THE BEST VOCABULARY & iMAGiNATiON iN THE RAP GAME, iTS NOT A DiSS."
He also claimed, however, that it had nothing to do with Lamar, writing, "i GOT A VERSACE CONFESSiON TO MAKE : i MADE THAT BALLiN OUTTA CONTROL TRACK LiKE 3 WEEKS AGO iN CANADA iT AiNT NO RESPONSE TO NOTHiNG." He added, HAHAHHAHAHAHJAHAHAHAHA AS iF JODY HiGHROLLER WOULD EVER MAKE A 'RESPONSE SONG.'"
