Rap game oddball Riff Raff has been stalling the release of his NEON iCON LP for quite some time now, but he's finally detailed the release, which arrives June 24 through Mad Decent.
Riff Raff has apparently gone in a new direction with the artwork, having eschewed the previously leaked golden swimsuit-heavy imagery in favour of a pic of him hugging a baby and a puppy. You'll find the all-smiles shot up above.
The tracklisting reveals caps lock-specific song titles like "TiP TOE WiNG iN MY JAWWWDiNZ," "KOKAYNE" and "ViP PASS TO MY HEART," while also unveiling all of the guests artists that appear throughout NEON iCON. Pittsburgh spitter Mac Miller is onboard for "AQUABERRY DOLPHiN," Childish Gambino takes a look at some "LAVA GLACiERS" with our man Riff, and Dirty Projectors guitarist/vocalist Amber Coffman puts in an appearance on "COOL iT DOWN." Also showing up with the icon are Paul Wall and Slim Thug, as well as Mike Posner.
"No other artist can be a NEON iCON," Riff Raff said in a statement. "I mean you can wear neon. You can mimic all my moves. But it will never the be same cosmo zone as RiFF RAFF aka JODY HiGHROLLER aka The NEON iCON."
It had previously been reported that the album would include verses from Snoop Dogg, A$AP Rocky, Drake, YG and Future, but apparently that's no longer the case.
