Rocket From the Crypt Confirm 2013 Reunion via European Dates

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Dec 13, 2012

Back in November, horn-honking punkers Rocket From the Crypt delivered a, well, cryptic visual pointing to the possibility of some activity 2013. The group have now gone ahead and confirmed that they'll be taking their tunes over to Europe for a few reunion shows, their first live performances since 2005.

The tour has them heading overseas in April for a five-show schedule, which hits Germany, Finland, France, Switzerland, and Spain. You can see the itinerary down below.

Additionally, the band posted a FAQ that suggests the trip will test the waters as to how far the reunion will go ("We will see how it goes"). The group also noted in the FAQ that they are recording an album with Dave Grohl behind the boards. Considering the smarmy and jokey tone of much of the other answers, the band very well could be pulling our leg. Then again, considering what happened last night, anything is possible.

If true, the new LP will be the band's first since 2002's Live from Camp X-Ray.

You can see the FAQ in full on RFTC's Facebook page.

4/2 Berlin, Germany - Festaal

4/3 Tampere, Finland - Klubi
