Wu-Tang ringleader the RZA proved himself a master of the written word with 2004's Wu-Tang Manual, so it only makes sense for the producer/rapper to write another book. This time, he's gone a lot deeper into the spiritual and philosophical aspects of his life, writing The Tao of Wu.
According to All Hip Hop, the book chronicles RZA's personal journey to spiritual enlightenment, using "lyrics, autobiographical anecdotes, and parables [to explain] how he was simultaneously inspired by Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Bruce Lee, and Islam."
If this sounds like your cup of spiritual tea, The Tao of Wu is due in stores on October 20 from Riverhead Books.
