Canadian crooner Sam Cash has been on Exclaim!'s radar ever since the release of his promising debut, Teenage Hunger, back in 2011. Now with a second full-length under his belt, we caught up with the young singer-songwriter to hear a solo acoustic rendition of album standout "Marquee Lights" off of last year's Stand Together, Fall Together LP.
Performing alone without his usual scrappy backing band the Romantic Dogs, listen as Cash strips off the tracks' Replacements-meets-Blue Rodeo sound until all that remains is the song's plaintive, bare bones vibe.
