Saul Williams Announces "The Niggy Tardust Experience," Plays Toronto and Vancouver

Slam poet/hip-hop hybrid Saul Williams has announced that he'll be taking his wordy show on the road this fall with a sweeping North American tour. Williams will be touring in support of last year's Trent Reznor-produced The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of Niggy Tardust.

Touted as "Afro-Punk Presents: Saul Williams & Guests, 'The Niggy Tardust Experience,'" the tour kicks off in New York on October 21, for an appearance at this year's CMJ Music Festival. From there, Williams will traverse the U.S., making stops in Toronto and Vancouver along the way.

Last time Williams was in Toronto, it was all about the music, and this time out Afro-Punk promoters are promising a "genre-bending extravaganza," which may or may not include an appearance by Reznor.
