The Schomberg Fair and Larry and His Flask Team Up for Canadian Tour

BY Alex HudsonPublished Sep 14, 2011

All right, Canada, get ready for a double dose of punk-tinged bluegrass. This fall Toronto's the Schomberg Fair (pictured) will be teaming up with like-minded Oregon inhabitants Larry and His Flask for a national tour.

There are 14 collaborative dates in total, which stretch from Montreal all the way west to Vancouver. The dates take place during a three-week period in November, making this an extremely busy outing. Joining the groups for five dates will be Clutch spin-off Lionize.

The Schomberg Fair also have an additional solo show, so see their schedule below. And Larry and His Flask have plenty of U.S. dates of their own; see their itinerary here.

This fall, the Schomberg Fair will release a new album, tentatively titled I'd Raise My Hands. Produced by Brian Moncarz (Moneen, Circa Survive, Martha and the Muffins), it was recorded at Metalworks in Mississauga, ON, and Rattlebox North Studios in Toronto.

For the purposes of full disclosure, the Canadian tour by the Schomberg Fair and Larry and His Flask is being presented by Exclaim!
