The Juno Awards were a few months ago, but we're still seeing new videos from the JUNO TV team, since we've got an intimate performance from Vancouver hip-hop artist SonReal.
SonReal performs with a DJ in a tiny room, which they have decorated tiki style with bamboo, colourful paper and an inflatable parrot. The vocalist himself wears a Hawaiian shirt as he delivers the brightly melodic hip-hop cuts "L.A." and "Preach." He also tells a non-existent crowd that Kardinal Offishall will show up on "Monday Night" (just as he does on the studio version), but this turns out to be a joke since SonReal sings and raps the whole thing himself.
There's also an interview clip. Watch the whole three-song session below.
