In the latest episode of Exclaim! TV's Aggressive Tendencies series, we feature Arizona metal mainstays Soulfly.
We boarded their tour bus to catch up with frontman Max Cavalera when the band stopped in Toronto for the "Maximum Cavalera" tour, where he discussed growing up as a metalhead in Brazil and Arizona, taking his kids on tour, and the band's most recent record, Enslaved. Cavalera also talked about his influences, the relationship between age and speed, and his ambitions for the future.
Soulfly's Entrench is out via Roadrunner Records and is the follow-up to 2010's Omen.
