Stavesacre

Stavesacre

In order to bring their distinct Southern Californian rock sound to the masses, Stavesacre have joined forces with Nitro Records to release their latest self-titled disc. Aggressive but inoffensive, Stavesacre bring 11 solid tracks of grunge-induced rock, with lead vocalist Mark Salomon’s howl reminiscent of early ’90s rocker Chris Cornell and Jawbox lead vocalist J. Robbins. Melodic but raw, the band’s energy is captured by Grammy-winning producer David Bianco, who lent his mixing board skills to records by Tom Petty and Danzig, among others. This disc is a must-have for fans of Quicksand or Rival Schools.
