Steve Lacy Announces New Album 'Gemini Rights,' Shares Lead Single "Mercury"

The songwriter and producer's sophomore album arrives later this summer

The Internet's Steve Lacy had announced his sophomore album Gemini Rights, which is set to arrive sometime later this summer vis RCA

Alongside the album announcement — the songwriter and producer's first full-length since his 2019 debut Apollo XXI — he's also shared its lead single, the bubbly "Mercury."

Lacy's been popping up here and there since releasing his debut, sharing his compilation album The Lo-Fis in 2020 and collaborating with Thundercat on "Black Qualls," Love Regenerator on "Live Without Your Love" and Ravyn Lenae on "Skin Tight."
