The Tallest Man on Earth Gives Debut EP Expanded Vinyl Reissue

BY Alex HudsonPublished Jun 2, 2011

Swedish songwriter Kristian Matsson has been releasing music under the moniker the Tallest Man on Earth since 2006. In 2010, he signed with Dead Oceans, and the U.S. indie label is now getting ready to reissue his self-titled debut EP on vinyl.

Last year, Dead Oceans began distributing the 2006 EP in CD form. Now that's it's coming out on wax, the EP has been expanded to include a sixth track: the previously unreleased "In the Pockets."

The reissue date is fast approaching, as it will arrive on June 21. You can see the artwork above and check out the expanded tracklist below.

The latest new material from Matsson came last year, when he dropped the surprise EP Sometimes the Blues Is Just a Passing Bird. His most recent full-length was last spring's The Wild Hunt.
