The spring thaw has been underway for a month now, but Toronto's Teenanger relive those wintry moments in their psychedelic new vid for "Cops But Not," from their recent Frights LP. The garage punk combo spend the bulk of the vid plunking out the trashy number surrounded by the white stuff, though they keep warm near the comfort of a campfire.
"We shot it up north where it actually snowed this winter, and burned an entire cord of wood in the process," the band explained in a statement of the video shoot. "Also, got really high."
You can chalk up the latter half of that statement as the influence behind the copious quick cuts and wildly streaming shards of light that flow throughout the clip, which you can see below.
