The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has revealed the inductees of its class of 2025, including the White Stripes, Outkast, Cyndi Lauper and Soundgarden.
Rounding out this year's honourees are Joe Cocker, Bad Company and Chubby Checker. Additionally, Salt-N-Pepa and Warren Zevon are being given the Musical Influence Award. Producer Thom Bell, session musician Carole Kaye and keyboardist Nicky Hopkins are receiving the Musical Excellence Award. Lenny Waronker, co-founder of DreamWorks Record, is being hailed with the Ahmet Ertegun Award.
Ryan Seacrest announced the inductees during an episode of American Idol. Nominees who didn't make the cut this year include Oasis, Mariah Carey, Joy Division/New Order, the Black Crowes, Billy Idol, Maná and Phish.
The 2025 induction ceremony will take place on November 8 at the Peacock Theater in L.A. It will stream live on Disney+.
