After teasing its arrival last week, the Killers have shared their collaboration with Bruce Springsteen.

The Boss and the band have come together on "Dustland," a newly recorded version of the Killers' 2008 song "A Dustland Fairytale," which appeared on third studio album Day & Age.

"Dustland" also arrives with a story of its creation penned by Killers frontman Brandon Flowers. As you'll read, it all began with a text message from Springsteen, in which he called Flowers and co. "one hellacious live band."

Listen to "Dustland" below.

The Killers released Imploding the Mirage last year and are already at work on a follow-up album with guitarist Dave Keuning back in the band.
