The Shins Unveil 'Heartworms' LP, Share "Name for You"

The Shins have been teasing their return over the last year with cryptic Instagram teasers, trailers and finally a new single called "Dead Alive." Now, the band have offered up some concrete info about their next full-length album.

The next LP will be titled Heartworms, and it's due out on March 10 through Aural Apothecary/Columbia.

According to a press release, "The result is a cohesive, genre-defying album marked by [James] Mercer's distinct voice and melodic composition. Unified by his singular vision, Mercer creates a sound that is both familiar — a nostalgic nod to the album's predecessors — and distinctly new."

The album artwork is pictured above, while the full tracklisting can be found down below.

Pre-orders for Heartworms are available now over here. It marks the follow-up to the Shins' 2012 album Port of Morrow.
