Let's wiggle! Australia's favourite kid's entertainers are making their way north this fall.
After three years, the Wiggles will make their way across Canada on an immensely expansive tour, playing in 23 different cities from St. John's, NL, to Vancouver, BC. They'll play classic hits such as "Hot Potato," "Rock-A-Bye Your Bear" and "Do the Propeller," though we're hoping they'll also play their iconic cover of "Elephant" by Tame Impala.
"We're so excited to be coming back to perform in Canada! The Wiggles Big Show is so much fun, and I can't wait for everyone to experience it! You'll hear all the classic songs you love plus new ones like 'Hey Tsehay!'" said Wiggles' founding member and Blue Wiggle Anthony Field in a press release [via Toronto Star]. "The show also features a variety of dance styles and performances, and we're bringing all our Wiggly friends too. Children will see and hear drums, keyboards, banjos, guitars, bagpipes and lots of singing. We hope to see you there!"
The four Wiggles — Anthony, Tsehay, Lachy and Simon — will be joined by their friends Captain Feathersword, Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus, and Shirley Shawn the Unicorn. On top of which, they'll be introducing Caterina Wiggle and John Wiggle to Canadian audiences for the first time.
Tickets for the tour go on sale July 22 at 10 a.m. local time, besides in St. John's, NL and Toronto, where they'll be on sale at 12 p.m. local time here. See the schedule below.
