Following the wildly praised Meanderthal LP, Miami-based doom poppers Torche are returning with a new twelve-inch/DVD. Due out March 13, the new EP will come boasting the title Healer/Across the Shields and be released via Hydra Head, promising to yet again deliver an ear-ringing burst of sludged-out goodness.
Pressed on black, orange and purple vinyl, the four-song release will feature the two previously released Meanderthal tracks "Healer" and "Across the Shields" on the A-side, and the new songs "Mash It Up" and "Sugar Glider" on the flip. For the DVD, it features two new music vids, and it can all be pre-ordered now over at Hydra Head's web shop.
In addition to the twelve-inch/DVD, Torche have a few live dates lined up for April, though none in Canada.
