Now in its fourth year, Toronto, ON's Manifesto Festival has developed into an exciting and unique event where live hip-hop and community-minded events collide. The 2010 edition of the festival looks to be no different, with a wide array of local and international artists, and a full week of events.

Manifesto 2010 will run from September 20 to 26, and will include artists like Saukrates, Jean Grae, Bilal, Rich Kidd, Eternia, D-Sisive, Masia One, DJ Grouch and various others, with the headliners still to be announced. In addition to the live music, the fest will include film screenings, a dance contest, a market, an arts festival and conference panels.

On September 26, the whole thing will conclude with a free concert at Dundas Square and an after-party at the Hard Rock Cafe. Below, you can check out a clip of festival director Che Kothari discussing what to expect for Manifesto's 2010 event. Stay tuned for more information.
