Foodies take note: Portland's Toxic Holocaust have a couple gourmet suggestions up their sleeves in their whip-cracking new thrash attack "Rat Eater." And, yes, they all involve those pesky, whiskered rodents.
Though starting off with a mean-spirited metal stomp, the track speeds up significantly just after the one-minute mark and breaks out a narrative about a cage-bound prisoner taking a meaty bite out of one of those rumoured bubonic plague-spreaders. It's a brutally beaten-out track, and you can give the song a stream down below.
"Rat Eater" will appear on Toxic Holocaust's Chemistry of Consciousness, which hits North American stores October 29 through Relapse Records.
