TV On the Radio Announces North American Tour

BY Brock ThiessenPublished Feb 19, 2009

With a stellar 2008 behind them, TV on the Radio plan to keep the ball rolling this year with a chunk of newly announced live shows. After doing the Coachella thing, the Brooklynites will play a series of Canadian-heavy dates in May, visiting Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver's best, fully forested venue, the Malkin Bowl.

The tour stops are in support of the band's heavily drooled upon Dear Science LP and supposedly, an upcoming remix EP, which was to drop as an iTunes exclusive on February 17 but is nowhere to be seen.

TV on the Radio have of course been busy with a million other things, such as working on the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs record, starting up a few side-projects, like Tunde Adebimpe's Fake Male Voice, and remixing Nat King Cole.

There are probably lots more TV on the Radio-related happenings going down but we'll just stop the list there and go straight to the tour dates:
