After uploading his "Turn Me Up" single yesterday (December 8), Twin Shadow (a.k.a. George Lewis Jr.) has confirmed that the track will appear on a forthcoming LP titled, perhaps unsurprisingly, Eclipse.
Twin Shadow's first album for Warner Bros. Records is set to land March 17. Though a full tracklisting has yet to appear, "Turn Me Up" is the lead single. Today, Lewis Jr. delivered a black and white video clip for the cut, which was put together by Ligia Lewis, Milan Zrnic and Alex Turvey. You'll find the visuals down below.
"I think it's important to let people take what they need from songs instead of explaining too much about what they mean for me personally," Twin Shadow had previously explained of the single. "But my friends keep asking, 'Turn me up', what's that mean? I keep saying, Take more from me. Ask more of me. Give me more back. Stop fighting against the things you want the most."
As previously reported, Twin Shadow heads out on his "Eclipse" tour this coming spring, with Canadian shows scheduled in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. You'll find the date details over here.
