The TV series Austin City Limits is underway on PBS in the U.S., and this weekend's episode — which airs on Saturday (October 26) — features Vampire Weekend and Grizzly Bear. You can now preview the former's performance by watching their rendition of "Unbelievers."
The band do a good job of reproducing the sprightly album cut from Modern Vampires of the City, as Ezra Koenig and Rostam Batmanglij harmonize sweetly over an arrangement led by nylon string strumming and whirling organ. Koenig recreates the orchestral instrumental break with a guitar solo of tremolo picking.
