With JUNOfest taking over Vancouver on March 28 and 29, followed by the 2025 JUNOS at Rogers Arena on March 30, this month will bring some of the country's hottest artists to the city for a fun-filled few days.

Jelly Roll is playing this same night — but we're gonna give the "can't-miss" edge to local indie rockers Said the Whale and their annual hometown show, affectionally referred to as "SaidCon." Expect an "evening with"-style, with no openers and a setlist drawing from across their catalogue.

The veteran rockers had to delay their Royal Flush World Tour in 2024, but now they're returning to their regularly scheduled programming by returning to Vancouver — a homecoming of sorts for the Seattle-founded group, who launched themselves to commercial success while based in Vancouver in the '70s.

CanCon classic Apologies to the Queen Mary is turning 20 this year, and the indie rock howlers will be celebrating that 2005 album with a Vancouver show, bringing the BC-born members of the Montreal group back to their familiar stomping grounds.

Metalcore bruisers Killswitch Engage are touring in support of new album The Consequence, and lead yeller Jesse Leach promised in a statement, "I feel like the band is firing on all cylinders and the timing for this tour couldn't be more perfect. This will be a tour to be remembered… mark my words."
Bedouin Soundclash

Bedouin Soundclash had intended to tour in celebration of the 20th anniversary of 2004's Sounding a Mosaic, but they delayed after bassist Eon Sinclair suffered an injury. Now, the chill genre-mashers are making up for lost time by bringing their golden-hour roots/reggae/rock singalongs on the road.
