Punky Vancouver pop-rock unit Jock Tears are gearing up to head east on a Canadian tour, and they've rolled out a new amusement park-set video to let you all know what's up.
The tour kicks off on September 29 with a hometown show with Adrian Teacher. From there, Jock Tears will hit the Prairies for shows in Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Winnipeg before heading over to Ontario and Quebec.
You can check out the band's full Canadian tour below.
As for that video, it comes off Jock Tears' newly released single, with A-side "Nasty Boy" getting the visual treatment courtesy of Ryan Dyck and Jock Tears' own Dustin Bromley. As you'll witness, the clip features the band ripping shit up at Vancouver's Playland.
Speaking of the video, Jock Tears explained, "Playland had a couple 'adult only' nights this summer, meaning they weaseled around BC's liquor laws and licensed the entire park for a couple nights. Naturally we had to go rip it, so we bribed Ryan with free booze to come and film the evening."
You can check out the video for "Nasty Boy" below, where you'll also find just the audio of the new release. It comes featuring a GG Allin cover on the B-side, "Don't Talk to Me." Both tracks were recorded and mixed in April at the Noise Floor on Gabriola Island with Jordan Koop.
The tour will end with a recording session in Montreal with Renny Wilson.
