Cream 15 Years

BY Sarah FergusonPublished Jun 17, 2008

Electronic music as a subculture has been around a long time and it’s becoming easier to see the equal place this genre holds in the larger expanse of music as a whole. With the release of so many records reminding us of the classic anthems of yesterday’s parties, there is no arguing how this music has affected our dominant culture and how it continues to break through in advertisements, the media and of course, the underground. For those of you who have been living under a rock, Cream runs their club out of Liverpool, England, having represented international DJ superstars like Paul Oakenfold (who had a residency there), Sasha and John Digweed, and classic Chemical Brothers. Cream 15 Years does good work representing the Cream sound, mixing new and old tracks from the likes of Ultra Nate, Kings of Tomorrow, Underworld, the Prodigy, Chicane, Art of Trance and many more.
