Vic Mensa

"Feel That" (video)

What starts out as a burnt-out, poolside missive becomes a choreographed, fantastic voyage for Vic Mensa in the consciousness-expanding new video clip for the Chicago rapper's latest single, "Feel That."

Early on, we see the spitter showing up in Los Angeles to talk to a friend about his feelings about the game ("It's not fun, I'm not feeling it"), leading his pal to offer up an ear drop's worth of synthetic fun. What we get from there is a play-by-play of the rest of his night, from skating streets and riding faded in a drop-top, to experiencing a back-cracking massage and blacking out a party. This is all scored by a Smoko Ono beat built around choppy rhythms and staccato keyboard blips.

Whether or not you'll feel it remains to be determined, but you'll find the video, featuring a cameo from a concerned Chance the Rapper, down below.
