Fucked Up have had a busy year so far. They released their latest album One Day back in January, and have since dropped a couple of collaborative tracks with their recent tourmates, the Halluci Nation.
For their latest trick, the Toronto hardcore punk outfit have put their spin on an Eric's Trip tune for the 2023 SiriusXM Polaris Cover Sessions. Fucked Up take on "Sunlight," from the influential East Coast indie rockers' 1993 album, Love Tara.
The quintet infuse the fuzzed-out melancholy of the original version with their signature intensity, capturing its balmy '90s spirit while incorporating elements of modern hardcore.
