Ariana Grande graced the stage at Coachella again last night (April 21), and she once again brought out a very special guest — this time, Justin Bieber. The Canadian pop star joined Grande towards the end of her set to perform "Sorry."
Perhaps due to last week's unfortunate sound failures for guest performers or because the cameo was "not planned well" as Grande said in an onstage disclaimer, Bieber was clearly not singing live (or bothering to lip sync particularly well), but he seemed genuine enough when he lingered on the stage to heap praise on Grande after the song.
Bieber also told the crowd that a new album was "coming soon," despite recently announcing a hiatus.
Last month, after revealing his mental health struggles, Bieber explained that he'd been unhappy touring and performing. Nevertheless, he hinted that he "will come with a kick ass album ASAP."
