Wavves Book North American Fall Tour, Prove They Are in Fact Not Afraid of Heights

BY Alex HudsonPublished Jul 23, 2013

Wavves' new album is called Afraid of Heights, and that's why it's so ironic that the shit-disturbing pop-punks have chosen to announce their latest tour with a video that shows the members skydiving.

Following a brief August jaunt that includes an appearance at the Grove Music Festival in Toronto and a trip to Europe, the latest batch of shows will run for close to a month from September to October. In addition to a number of U.S. stops, the band will head to Canada for shows in Toronto (September 29) and Vancouver (October 18).

Most of the dates are with openers Jacuzzi Boys and King Tuff, although the latter won't be there for the Vancouver show. See the schedule below, and scroll past that to watch the aforementioned skydiving video.
