Fresh off the release of their almost-universally lauded debut album and during a break in their massive 2022 tour, Wet Leg played a 15-minute homecoming show on a porch at the Isle of Wight. And yes, it's the same porch shown in the "Chaise Longue" video.
The band — in particular, the main duo of Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers — are clearly having a great time, with crack-ups of laughter throughout their performance of "Chaise Longue." The set also includes choice cuts "Supermarket," "Oh No," "Wet Dream" and "Too Late Now" from their aforementioned debut.
The band recently spoke with Exclaim! about their self-titled record, their meteoric ascent to becoming everyone's favourite buzz band and, most importantly, having "good times all the time."
Wet Leg are due to play Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto later this year. Until then, get the live experience virtually by watching their full porch performance below.
