Wintersleep

'The Great Detachment' (album stream)

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Feb 29, 2016

Though Wintersleep's new album is called The Great Detachment, the Canadian outfit are asking fans to get a little closer by streaming the full-length ahead of its official street date. The whole record can be heard online now.

The group recently offered up a few tastes of the LP, from the Geddy Lee-assisted "Territory" to the chunky, percussive riffs of "Amerika." Now, you can also sample the trilled-out licks and vocoder-employing vocal melodies of "Santa Fe," symphonic folk rock piece "Shadowless," hammering pop rocker "Freak Out" and more.

You'll find the stream of The Great Detachment below, courtesy of Clash, while the album officially drops March 4 through Dine Alone. Info on Wintersleep's tour in support of the set can be found here.
