Rapper Wiz Khalifa has made no secret of his love for marijuana — the last song we posted from him was called "James Bong" — but now he's hit some legal troubles. Early this morning, he revealed that he was arrested for pot possession.
En route to perform at the Neon Desert Music Festival in El Paso, Texas, Wiz was arrested for pot possession. The region of Texas where he was picked up has a storied history with musicians, as Fiona Apple, Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson have all faced weed-related arrests there.
Over on Twitter, the rapper shared multiple status updates, all of which can be viewed below. He mentioned that his 28 Grams mixtape will drop as soon as he's released from jail.
