Noisy roots duo Woodworker have an EP on the way for Mudtown Records, and they've shared a couple of the tracks that will be on the forthcoming collection.
Both "Saint Christopher/Saint Peter" and "Standing on the Corner" are raw, heavily distorted cuts, but they're otherwise stylistically distinct. The former is a sprawling blues jam, which begins with a slow swagger before shifting up a gear halfway through. The latter, on the other hand, is a ska ditty with bright organ leads.
