The lines between memes and reality are becoming increasingly blurred, as demonstrated by the latest addition to the Coachella lineup — that yodelling Walmart kid.
Yup, TMZ is reporting that Mason Ramsey will make an appearance at the California music festival this weekend. The 11-year-old boy is rumoured to be joining producer Whethan onstage, and it's a fitting team-up given their physical resemblance.
If the rumours are true, Ramsey should be taking the stage at 2:45 p.m. PST today.
Apparently Post Malone has also offered to share the stage with Ramsey.
The kid reached Internet fame last week when a video of him performing at a Walmart in his hometown of Golconda, IL, went viral. He was singing Hank Williams' tune "Lovesick Blues."
Like any good viral video star, Ramsey has since appeared on Ellen. Watch his performance on that show, as well as the original viral video clip down below.
