Toronto indie rock crew Zeus delivered their third LP Classic Zeus last year, and they've given album cut "One Line Written/Come Home" a live makeover for the latest video from Pinball Sessions.
Despite the band's affinity for fuzzed-out garage rock, this session sees them take on one of their more laid-back numbers. Blending a soft-stringed acoustic guitar with the stronger steel of an electric one, the song also incorporates a full drum set, bass and a piano — achieving a rich fullness, without taking away from the simplicity of the song.
You can catch Zeus in all their rock'n'roll glory on February 27, when they'll take the stage at the Opera House in Toronto. For now though, check out their charming, intimate Pinball Session rendition of "One Line Written/Come Home" below and head over here to catch the rest of their three-song session.
