While IRL dating isn't exactly happening like it used to, that's not stopping ABC from rebooting The Dating Game, and it's roped in Zooey Deschanel and Michael Bolton to do it.
The pair will host the upcoming eight-part series called The Celebrity Dating Game, which will do its best to put a new spin on the old format.
The show will feature celebrity singles out looking for love, though the celebrity will remain a mystery as a panel or three bachelors and/or bachelorettes look to woo the celeb. The suitors will try to guess the identity of the celebrity via clues, questions and apparently parody performances by Bolton.
The original Dating Game aired on ABC back between 1965 and 1973, and it's spun off a ton of related shows over the years.
As of press time, it's unclear when The Celebrity Dating Game will actually premiere.
