Bad Religion already celebrated their 30-year anniversary earlier in 2010 by releasing a free live album, but now theyre giving their fans something else to get excited about. Well, with a $199.99 price tag, theres not much giving going on here, but diehard fans will find the bands new vinyl box set to be worth the asking price.
The set, released on Epitaph Records, will feature every album from the influential punk band on red vinyl and is limited to 3,000 copies. The untitled collection will include albums from Bad Religions foray into the world of major labels, the first (legitimate) pressing of the bands black sheep prog rock album Into the Unknown in 27 years, and the first pressing of Generator in 12 years.
The set contains individually sealed LPs of the following albums: How Could Hell Be Any Worse?, Into the Unknown, Suffer, No Control, Against the Grain, Generator, Recipe for Hatem Stranger than Fiction, The Gray Race, No Substance, The New America, The Process of Belief, The Empire Strikes First, New Maps of Hell and The Dissent of Man.
