After many people lost their homes in the devastating Los Angeles fires — including a number of musicians — Vancouver's Black Mountain have announced a hometown show with all proceeds going to fire recovery.

The show will take place on February 16 at Green Auto alongside openers Brutal Poodle and Electric Brains. All proceeds will be donated to the National Day Laborer Organizing Network, supporting immigrant communities affected by the fires. The night will include special merch and prizes.

Tickets are available from Eventbrite. Black Mountain have close ties to Los Angeles, as singer-guitarist Stephen McBean has lived there since 2010.

The day before the fire benefit, Black Mountain will play an additional Vancouver show at the Rickshaw Theatre on February 15. That show is sold out and has a waitlist.
