Corb Lund Delivers New 'Agricultural Tragic' Song "Old Men"

BY Brock ThiessenPublished Mar 4, 2020

Corb Lund is once again sharing a song from his anticipated new album Agricultural Tragic. This time, it's the record's "Old Men," which you can stream now.

The song aimed to celebrate "those that have taken the time to perfect their craft." In a statement, Lund explained, "'Old Men' is about appreciating wisdom and ability in a world increasingly obsessed with immediacy. I love old stuff; old books, old guitars, old records, old guns, old saddles and old people. And I really like folks that have spent a lifetime perfecting the things that they're good at. Especially the folks that make whiskey."

Check out "Old Men" for yourself below. It follows the previously shared album track "90 Seconds of Your Time."

Agricultural Tragic will arrive on April 24 via New West Records. The album marks Corb Lund's first LP of original material since 2015's Things That Can't Be Undone, though Lund did release the covers EP Cover Your Tracks last year.

UPDATE (4/2, 2:30 p.m. ET): Corb Lund has now postponed Agricultural Tragic until June 26, as well as rescheduled his tour dates until later this year. You can see his updated schedule here.

In support of the album, the Canadian country crooner has an extensive Canadian tour coming up. You can see all the dates here.
