Logic

"Top Ten" (ft. Big K.R.I.T.)

At one point in Logic's 2014 album Under Pressure, a robot voice brags, "Logic has recorded 1,700 songs in the span of his 10 years as an MC. However, only just over 150 have been released to the public." The Maryland rapper has now raised that total, since he's rolled out a Big K.R.I.T.-assisted track called "Top Ten."

The track sets a mellow mood with its sparse, echoing guitar chords, but Logic charges hard out of the gate with rapid-fire rhymes as he reflects on his rise to success and describes all the cash he has to quite literally throw around. K.R.I.T., meanwhile, takes over the mic for a verse.

Hear the 6ix-produced track below. It samples Toronto producer Frank Dukes.
