Despite being the shortest month of the year, February has no shortage of live music offerings. From Canadian singer-songwriters to solo album debuts and first-time headlining tours, here are seven can't-miss concerts coming to Montreal in February. 070 Shake

As it is still winter, make sure you button your trench coats to the top and ditch the ballerina slippers before going to see 070 Shake at MTELUS, who will be supporting last year's Petrichor.

Geordie Greep

Perhaps you heard "Blues" for the first time on TikTok, or maybe you're still grieving black midi's breakup, but you can always rely on Geordie Greep to put on a show that is equally electric as it is zany. The UK post-punk band's former frontman will be performing cuts from his solo debut album The New Sound live.

Vancouver's Peach Pit have a busy 2025 ahead of them as they kick off on the first of two tours this February. The indie pop group will conclude their first run in support of their recent record Magpie with a stint in Montreal before heading back onto the road with Briston Maroney in May.

Hamilton hardcore outfit Counterparts will be returning to Canada this year after skipping over Montreal on their previous tour with the Devil Wears Prada and Fit for a King. This time around, the quartet will bring along Pain of Truth, Malevolence and Foreign Hands for every Canadian and US date.

Aysanabee will be kicking off his first headlining Canadian tour this month, making his first Quebec stop in Montreal after a series of Northern Ontario dates. The singer-songwriter shared in an Instagram post, "It feels strange to be announcing my 'first headline tour,' since I've already performed hundreds of shows across the country and around the world. ... This is my first headline tour, but this is something I've been working towards for a very long time." 

Lou-Adriane Cassidy

Lou-Adriane Cassidy will embody a monster trapped in a downward spiral on Journal d'un Loup-garou, one of Exclaim!'s most anticipated Canadian albums of 2025. Having previously announced that she will not be going on tour for the new record, Cassidy will perform two shows in her home province, making the experience all the more special. 

Leif Vollebekk

Leif Vollebekk will be returning to Montreal at the penultimate stop on the Canadian leg of his tour. Speaking with Exclaim! about his most recent record Revelation, Vollebekk revealed that the making of the album was "the most satisfying and beautiful experience of [his] life."
