Yo La Tengo Expand 2011 Tour, Bring "Spin the Wheel" to Vancouver

BY Alex HudsonPublished Dec 17, 2010

The last time we heard from Yo La Tengo, they were planning a bizarre concept tour that featured everything from sitcom reenactments to doing only songs beginning with the letter "S." Now, the indie rock veterans have expanded their 2011 schedule with a West Coast run that includes a Canadian date in Vancouver. And yep, it's a "Spin the Wheel" stop, so fans will be able to determine the show's concept.

The new leg begins on February 15 in Missoula, MT. A few days later, on February 19, the band will head to Vancouver for a performance at the Rickshaw Theatre. The last of the shows takes place on February 24 in Costa Mesa, CA.

There are eight new dates in total so far. See all of Yo La Tengo's currently scheduled gigs below, and read all about what to expect from the concept tour here.
